Can I switch plans?▾

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do unused VOBs roll over?▾

No. Your monthly verification allowance resets on your billing date each month. Additional verifications beyond your plan are billed at $0.40 each.
